禁懸空放置：放置于兒童不容易接觸到的地方，以免小朋友不小心掉落汽車模型，不但是車模損壞更有可能會傷害到小朋友。

忌潮濕環(huán)境：如果鋅合金汽車模型長期放在較為潮濕的地方，車身的合金就會容易氧化，起黑點、漆面起泡等現(xiàn)象，所以盡量保持放置放置環(huán)境的干燥。

切勿用力過猛：高仿真汽車模型都是許多零件組裝的，有些零件特別細小，所以一定做到防摔、防震、防壓，動手時候要小心仔細，切勿用力過猛。造成零部件損壞

漆面打蠟：合金汽車模型一般放置二到三個月后就需要使用車蠟或碧麗珠擦洗車面防銹。但需要注意的是每次打蠟要薄、勻，少。蠟多了就容易嵌進車模的縫隙里。
